I've never found a good site that successfully keeps track of all relevant events, even in Computer Science, which, well, should be on the cutting edge. The best lists are usually mained by interested practitioners. For those interested, I do track every sourcing/purchasing conference or significant event (forums, summits, tradeshows, etc. but not webinars, etc.) I am (made) aware of on my site, http://www.sourcinginnovation.com/resources/events.htm, which I update every week or two.
