The best lists are usually mained by interested practitioners. For those interested, I do track every sourcing/purchasing conference or significant event (forums, summits, tradeshows, etc. but not webinars, etc.) I am (made) aware of on my site, http://www.sourcinginnovation.com/resources/events.htm, which I update every week or two.
