Strategic Sourcing Europe

Bravosolution (IT), a leading eSourcing player in Europe – at least – announced, end of July, the acquisition of Mobile Workers (FR), a specialist in spend analysis solutions.  You can read the  official press release here.

I personally think it is a great move:

• Spend Analysis solution is a powerful tool enabling impressive savings through global sourcing/negotiation. I’ve mentioned it several times already in different posts on this blog.
• the maturity of this kind of market/product is sufficient to underline a solid potential but low enough to acquire this kind of solution at a reasonable price,
• Acquiring Mobile Workers and developing and integrating the 2 SaaS together will keep BravoSolution ahead of regular eSourcing (consulting/RFx/eAuction/spend analysis) service providers.  It will at last increase tenfold BravoSolution’s attractiveness in international/global organisations and may be, at last, in the US.
