Some time ago, I wrote about the Kirkman company, a Dutch based enterprise specialised on strategic sourcing consulting, not only for Purchasing but for any ‘make or buy’ decision. If the concept looks simple, execution is much harder.       Strategic Sourcing is elevating the perceived perception of value. Whilst many still look at lowering only costs revolutionary minds focus energy to create sourcing methodologies to increase their sourcing advantage. It is true that ‘make or buy’ analysis has limitations to forecast market trends therefore we put solutions and results first as well.
