December 14th, 2009 at 3:16 pmGreat White-paper! Especially I like Point no. 3. I certainly believe that the most important aspect of eSourcing Adoption is User Adoption. Many times eSourcing Applications fail mainly because they fail to clear the user adoption hurdle.
